Removal And Installation - PACIFICA

CAUTION:

Damage can occur to the actuator's gears by twisting the active grille shutter's louvers/vanes.

REMOVAL

Remove the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Disconnect the actuator wire harness connector from the Active Grill Shutter (AGS) (1).
Unclip the wiring harness routing clips from the AGS.

Remove the fasteners (2) from the AGS (1).
Remove the AGS (1) from the front fascia.

CAUTION:

INSTALLATION

Position the AGS (1) to the front fascia.
Install the fasteners (2) and tighten securely.

Clip wiring harness routing clips to the AGS.
Connect the AGS wire harness connector (1).
Install the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
