Removal And Installation: Removal
- Remove the third row seat. Refer to SEAT, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or SEAT, STOW-N-GO, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or SEAT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or SEAT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Using a trim tool, remove the end clip from the soft cover (2), and remove the fastener (1).
- Pull at the front of the side cover (3) to release the clip, then lift off the recliner to remove. Remove both side covers.
- Remove the fasteners (1).
- Pull at the bottom of the cover (3) to release the clips, then lift to remove from the seat frame.
- Remove the third row seat back cover (7). Refer to COVER, SEAT BACK, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or COVER, SEAT BACK SECOND ROW CENTER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or COVER, SEAT BACK, STOW-N-GO, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or COVER, SEAT BACK, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or COVER, SEAT BACK, THIRD ROW, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Disconnect the wiring harness connectors (3) and unclip the wire harness from the seatback frame. Route the wire harness out from the seatback frame.
- Remove the cover (4) and disconnect the cable end. Cut the zip-tie (5).
- Remove the headrest nuts (2) and bolts (1), then the headrest mechanism (6).
- Using a trim tool, remove the seatback board (1).
- Remove the seat belt buckle (1).
- Remove the seatback recliner fasteners (3) on both sides of the seat and remove the seatback frame assembly (2).
