Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Remove the front carrier plate assembly. Refer to PLATE, CARRIER FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  2. Release the retaining tabs (2) and twist the latch (1) out away from the tabs.

  3. Separate the latch assembly (1) from the retaining tabs (3) on the presenter bracket (2).

  4. Disconnect the control cable (2) and remove the latch (1).
