Grand Caravan And Voyager

REMOVAL 

NOTE:

Halogen fog lamp assembly procedure is the same as the Light Emitting Diode (LED) fog lamp shown in illustration.

NOTE:

Do not touch bulb with bare hands. Oil from hand can cause premature bulb failure due to overheating. 

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
  2. Partially remove the wheel well by removing the front wheel well fasteners.

  3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector (2) from the back of the fog lamp.
  4. To remove the fog lamp, depress the tabs (1) until the lamp is released.

INSTALLATION 

NOTE:

Do not touch bulb with bare hands. Oil from hand can cause premature bulb failure due to overheating. 

  1. Position the fog lamp to the fascia for installation.
  2. Lining up the retainers on the fascia with the retainer cutouts on the fog lamp housing, press the fog lamp until all of the retainers are locked into the fog lamp housing.
  3. Connect the wiring harness connector to the back of the fog lamp assembly.
  4. Position and secure the front wheel well lining.
  5. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
