Removal And Installation: Installation
- Align and seat the KIN to the trim panel until the tabs (1) are engaged securing the KIN in the proper installed position.
- Install the center instrument trim panel. Refer to PANEL, INSTRUMENT PANEL TRIM, CENTER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
.
- Connect the wiring harness connector (2) to the back of the KIN (1).
- Install the steering column opening cover. Refer to COVER, STEERING COLUMN OPENING, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
