Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Seat the liftgate switch into the D-pillar until all of the switch retaining clips are engaged.

  2. Connect the wiring harness connector (2) to the liftgate switch (1).
  3. Install the left D-pillar. Refer to PANEL, D-PILLAR TRIM, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
