Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Position the CVPM (1) to the vehicle for installation.

  2. The tree fasteners that came with the module need to be secured to the body first before installing the upper or lower body fasteners.
  3. Install the upper CVPM to body fastener (1).

  4. Install the lower CVPM to body fastener (1).

  5. Connect all of the CVPM wiring harness connections (2, 3) to the CVPM (1).
  6. Install the radio amplifier. Refer to AMPLIFIER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  7. Using the scan tool, perform the module replacement calibration routine. Refer to MODULE, CENTRAL VISION PROCESSING (CVPM), MODULE PROGRAMMING .
