Theory Of Operation

The primary feed for the Lamp in each front door is supplied by the Door Module it is wired to. The Door Module supplies the Lamp by a high side driver that is pulse width modulated. The Body Control Module controls the operation by sending a bus message to the Door Module to turn the lamp on or off.
