Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Position the seatback frame assembly (2) and install the seatback recliner bolts (3). Tighten the third row seatback recliner bolts to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
  2. Install the third row seat belt buckle (1). Refer to BUCKLE, SEAT BELT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  3. Install the headrest mechanism (6). Install the headrest nuts (2) and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
  4. Install the headrest bolts (1) and tighten securely.
  5. Connect the cable end and install the cover (4).
  6. Install a new zip-tie (5).
  7. Route the wire harness in the seatback frame and connect the wiring harness connectors (3).

  8. Install the seatback board (1).
  9. Install the third row seat back cover. Refer to COVER, SEAT BACK, THIRD ROW, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  10. Install the cover (3) the fasteners (1).

  11. Install the side cover (3) and the screw (1) on both sides of the seat.
  12. Clip the soft cover (2) into place.
  13. Install the third row seat. Refer to SEAT, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION  or SEAT, STOW-N-GO, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION  or SEAT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION  or SEAT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
