Label, Vehicle Emission Certification Information (VECI): Description
NOTE:
The Vehicle Emission Control Information (VECI) label(s) must be in place for the life of the vehicle. When replacing the component in which the VECI label is adhered, a new VECI label must also be adhered to the new component.
All models have a VECI Label. FCA US LLC permanently attaches the label in the engine compartment. It cannot be removed without defacing information and destroying the label.
The label contains the vehicle's emission specifications and vacuum hose routing. All hoses must be connected and routed according to the label.
