Theory Of Operation

The Body Control Module (BCM) provides a battery voltage output through the Reading Lamps Driver circuit to the Reading Lamps. When a Reading Lamp is activated, the Reading Lamp provides a path to ground, to the body sheet metal, and the Reading Lamp illuminates.
