Diagnostic Test

PERFORM TCM PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE 

1. With the scan tool, attempt to program the TCM with the latest calibrations. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .

   Were you able to program the TCM successfully?

   Yes 

   • Test complete.
   • Perform the TRANSMISSION VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to TRANSMISSION VERIFICATION TEST .

   No 

   • Replace and program the TCM in accordance with the Service Information. Refer to MODULE, TRANSMISSION CONTROL (TCM), REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
   • Perform the TRANSMISSION VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to TRANSMISSION VERIFICATION TEST .
