When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

• Dog Clutch F has been commanded in the engaged position.
• The extended NEUTRAL position is active (maximum time = 1s).
• Friction Clutch E is commanded in the engaged position.
• No input speed signal DTCs set.
• No output speed signal DTCs set.
