- Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
- Fully open the appropriate power sliding door.
- Disconnect the wiring harness connections (2) from each side of the power sliding door module (1).
- Reposition the sliding door to body weatherstrip seal at the bottom to gain more clearance.
- From outside the vehicles power sliding door, remove the two bolts (1) securing the power sliding door module to the lower power sliding door track.NOTE:
There is enough clearance to reach your hand into the valley below the power sliding door track and above the sill in order to remove the power sliding door module from the vehicle.
