Removal And Installation: Front: Installation

Position the seat belt buckle (1) lower anchor to the bracket on the inboard rear corner of the front seat.
Install the fastener (2) that secures the buckle lower anchor to the seat bracket and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
Engage the seat belt switch pigtail wire with the retainer (3) on the side of the front seat frame.

Position the inner side shield (2) and install the fasteners (3) for the inner side shield (2). Tighten the fasteners securely.
Install the seat back cover. Refer to COVER, SEAT BACK, FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or COVER, SEAT BACK, THIRD ROW, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Connect the seat belt buckle pigtail connector (1) to the seat wire harness connector.
Install the floor console into the vehicle. Refer to CONSOLE, FLOOR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Do not connect the negative battery cable at this time. The Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Verification Test procedure should be performed following service of any SRS component. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
