Removal And Installation: Bank-2-Solenoid-1: Installation
- Inspect the Variable Valve Lift (VVL) solenoid O-ring seal and replace if necessary.
- Insert the VVL solenoid into the cylinder head cover.
- Install the retaining bolt (2) and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Connect the wire harness connector (1) to the VVL solenoid.
- Install the upper intake manifold. Refer to MANIFOLD, INTAKE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
