NOTE:

Piston oil cooler jet for cylinders one/two shown in illustration. Piston oil cooler jets for cylinders three/four and five/six are similar.

Remove the crankshaft. Refer to CRANKSHAFT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
Remove the bolt (1) and the piston oil cooler jet(s) (2) from the engine block.

Remove and discard the O-ring seal (1) from the piston oil cooler jet(s).
