Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Remove the oil pan. Refer to PAN, OIL, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  2. Remove the bolt (3) and the oil pick-up tube (2) from the oil pump.
  3. Remove and discard the O-ring seal from the oil pick-up tube.
