Removal And Installation: Removal
CAUTION:
Never have the ignition key in the ON position when checking the throttle body shaft for a binding condition. This may set DTC's.
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove the resonator. Refer to RESONATOR, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
.
- Disconnect the throttle body wire harness connector (1) and disengage the wire harness clip (2) from the throttle body.
- Remove the four bolts (1) and the throttle body.
- Remove and discard the O-ring seal (1).
