Coolant Crossover: Removal

  1. Remove the thermostat housing. Refer to THERMOSTAT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  2. Remove the heater supply hose from the coolant crossover (1).

  3. Remove the bolts (1) and the coolant crossover. Take notice to the bolts that bolt directly to the timing cover.

  4. Remove and discard the gasket (1).
