Removal And Installation: Removal
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Open the glove box.
- Using a trim stick, remove the switch bank pod assembly (1).
- Remove the screw located in the media hub bezel (3) opening.
- Open the bin (2), and using a trim stick remove the media hub bezel.
- Remove the screw (1) from the instrument panel trim (2).
- Using a trim stick or equivalent, start removing from the center of vehicle and rotate the part outward to release the end from the right side A-pillar extension. Remove the instrument panel center trim panel (4) and disconnect the wire harness connector.
