Position the roller assembly (1) down and into the front of the roller channel.

Roll the center roller assembly (1) to rear of the roller channel.

Install the hinge assembly onto the roller assembly and install the fasteners (1).
Tighten the fasteners (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

Place the hinge (2) into position on the sliding door and align with the marks made during removal.
NOTE:
A suitable body sealant should be used when removing or moving the hinges.
Install the bolts (1) attaching center hinge (2) to sliding door and tighten to the proper torque specifications. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
Verify sliding door alignment and operation.
