REMOVAL 

  1. Position the front seats to the full forward position.
  2. Remove the inboard  seat track covers, for both driver and passenger front seats.

  3. Using a trim stick or equivalent, remove the screw covers (1 and 3). Remove the fasteners (2) from the rear of the floor console (4).
  4. Position the front seats to the most rearward position.
  5. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.

  6. Using a trim stick or equivalent, release the front trim panels (1) and upper trim panels (2) from both sides of the floor console (3).

  7. Remove the fasteners (1 and 2) from both sides of the floor console (3).

  8. Slide the floor console (1) slightly rearward. Disconnect the wire harness connectors, if equipped.
  9. Slide the floor console (1) rearward and remove.

INSTALLATION

  1. Position the floor console into the vehicle. Connect the wire harness connectors, if equipped.
  2. Install the floor console (1) to the instrument panel.

  3. Install the fasteners (1 and 2) for both sides of the floor console (3) and tighten securely.

  4. Install the front trim panel (1) and upper trim panel (2) to both sides of the floor console (3).
  5. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
  6. Position the front seats to the full forward position.

  7. Install the fasteners (2) for the rear of the floor console and tighten securely.
  8. Install the fastener covers (1 and 3). Position front seats.
  9. Install the inboard seat track covers, for both driver and passenger front seats.
