Removal And Installation: Installation
NOTE:
Make sure the cable is oriented with the white end at the rear seat leg, and the black end at the front seat leg.
- Feed the cable through the tube guide and route the cable (2) on the spacer.
- Using a suitable tool (1), install a NEW
pulley (3). Grease the pulley groove using Blue Evolube R602D.
- Route the cable on the spacer.
- Using a suitable tool, install a NEW pulley (2). Grease the pulley groove using Blue Evolube R602D.
- Clip the black cable end (1) to the front seat leg.
- Install the trim support (2) and pull the seat cover into place.
- Install all the cover retainers (1).
- Install the seat panel (2) and the snap the leg cover (3) into place.
- Install the hinge cover (1).
- Raise the seat into the upright position, locate the white cable end (1) under the rear of the seat.
- Using a suitable tool (2), clip the cable end to the rear seat leg.
