Removal And Installation: Installation

NOTE:

Right side shown in illustration, left side similar.

NOTE:

Make sure the protrusion (3) is orientated towards the exterior of the vehicle.

  1. Position the door latch striker (2) onto the B-pillar and loosely install the bolts (1).
  2. Align the door latch striker to the B-pillar using the reference marks made during the removal procedure and tighten the bolts to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
