Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Connect the control cable (2) to the latch assembly (1).

  2. Position the latch assembly (1) onto the presenter bracket (2) and slide under the retaining tabs (3).

  3. Seat the latch assembly (1) onto the retaining tabs (2) and seat fully.
  4. Install the front carrier plate assembly. Refer to PLATE, CARRIER FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
