Theory Of Operation

The Rear Heated Seat Switch(s) are a momentary, push button-type switch, that provides a hard-wired resistance signal to the Heated Seat Module (HSM), signaling it to energize the heating element in the corresponding seat. Light Emitting Diodes (LED) in the switch indicate the level of heat in use. The Rear Seat Switch LEDs are controlled by the HSM.
