Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Remove the tail lamp assembly. Refer to LAMP, TAIL, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  2. Remove the fasteners (1) securing the D-pillar applique to the vehicle.

  3. Using a trim stick (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick) or equivalent, release the D-pillar applique mounting pins (2).
