Removal And Installation: Removal
- Remove the left rear quarter trim panel. Refer to PANEL, QUARTER TRIM, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Release the clip (1) and disconnect the lockout rod (2).
- Remove the left rear wheel house splash shield. Refer to SHIELD, SPLASH, REAR WHEELHOUSE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Using trim stick (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick) or equivalent, release the four retaining tabs (1).
- Disconnect the wire harness connector.
- Remove the fuel filler housing assembly along with the lockout rod from the hole in the body.
