Removal And Installation: Removal
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Remove the B-pillar trim panel. Refer to PANEL, B-PILLAR TRIM, LOWER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
or PANEL, B-PILLAR TRIM, UPPER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
.
- Press in the tabs (1) on the top and bottom of the B-pillar switch (2).
- Remove the B-pillar switch (2) from the B-pillar trim panel.
