Thermostatic Expansion Valve Manifold and Tube Assembly - 3.5L Ti-VCT: Installation

1.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Install new gaskets seals and O-rings seals.
- Add the correct amount of clean Polyalkylene Glycol (PAG) oil to the refrigerant system, Refer to Refrigerant Oil Adding .

2.

Evacuate, leak test and charge the refrigerant system. Refer to Air Conditioning (A/C) System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging .
