Removal And Installation - Rear Driveline Module - Rear

REMOVAL

1. Remove the rear driveline module. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
   NOTE:

   Prior to using special tools, lubricate Pressing Tool (special tool #2026900170, Kit, Pressing Tool) (E) threads to provide ease of use and promote tool longevity.

2. Assemble tools over isolator crossmember assembly as shown:
   1. Driver, rear driveline module rear bushing - removal: 2074215130
   2. Receiver, rear driveline module rear bushing - removal: 2074216130
   3. (special tool #2026900170, Kit, Pressing Tool)
3. Tighten Pressing Tool (A), pressing bushing out of crossmember and remove all tools.

INSTALLATION

1. Position the isolator (1) onto the crossmember and assemble tools over isolator crossmember assembly as shown:
   NOTE:

   A mixture of soap and water may be used to aid installation of the isolator.

   NOTE:

   Prior to using special tools, lubricate Pressing Tool assembly (special tool #2026900170, Kit, Pressing Tool) (1) threads to provide ease of use and promote tool longevity.

   1. Receiver, rear driveline module rear bushing - installation: 2074213130
   2. Driver, rear driveline module rear bushing - installation: 2074214130
   3. (special tool #2026900170, Kit, Pressing Tool)
2. Tighten the Pressing Tool (A) screw-drive, pressing the isolator (1) into the crossmember.

3. Install the isolator until the flange contacts the surface of the crossmember (1).
4. Remove the tools.
5. Install the rear driveline module. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
